1. About us This website, studiojiza.com, is operated by Jiza Fashion Private Limited ("JIZA", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Our products Every JIZA piece is hand block-printed and made in small batches. Slight variations in print, colour and texture are part of the craft, not defects. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
3. Prices and taxes All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders You'll receive an email confirming your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Cancelling your order You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled; please see our Exchange Policy.
6. Payment Payments are processed securely by our payment partners through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Shipping We ship within India only, free of charge. Delivery timelines are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Exchanges We don't offer returns or refunds, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Exchanges are covered in our Exchange Policy.
9. Our designs and content All prints, designs, photographs, text and logos on this site belong to JIZA. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Using this site You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempting to hack it, scraping content, or placing fraudulent orders. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe.
11. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai.
15. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
